A local person who looks after your accounts and answers on a set schedule, so you keep control when staff come and go.

Add later as you grow: office network setup (router, Wi-Fi, separate staff and guest networks), quoted per site.
How billing works: setups are 50% to start and 50% on completion. Software and hosting are passed through at cost.
